Ruby Red Tomato & Pepper Salad

1 large tomato
2 red peppers
1 green pepper
1/2 lemon juiced
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
sea salt to taste

1. cut tomato into wedges, then cut wedges in half
2. cut pepper into slices, then cut slices in half
3. add remaining ingredients and stir
4. chill in fridge (optional)
5. serve!
